Founded by Mr. Ashok Kumar Dalmia, a renowned food merchant in Raniganj, Mr. Ratan Agarwal, a dedicated and industrious entrepreneur, and the late Mr. Arun Saraf, who had deep roots in the bicycle business, the company was born from a vision to fill a void in the regional manufacturing sector. At the time, West Bengal lacked a dedicated factory for bicycle components, and the trio saw both a business opportunity and a chance to contribute to industrial growth in the state. Their complementary strengths — business acumen, hard work, and sectoral knowledge — created a dynamic foundation for success.

Every rim, spoke, fork guard, mudguard, side stand, and chain produced was a testament to their commitment to quality and affordability. Operating from the same industrial hub in Durgapur, Veer Pet specializes in PET preforms, water bottles, edible oil bottles, chocolate and biscuit jars, and battery water jars.
