SAHAD A K: Certainly. My name is Sahad Anjikath Kharim, and I’m an entrepreneur based in Ernakulam, India. I have a background in B Tech and have worked in various capacities, starting as an SAP NetWeaver Consultant, and progressing to a Project Manager at Wipro.

SAHAD A K: My journey in the corporate world exposed me to the significant skill gap in the industry. I was inspired to address this gap and contribute to the development of young talents, leading me to establish businesses like Electro-Mech Enterprises Pvt Ltd & Nergy India Pvt Ltd.

Interviewer: Can you elaborate on your current role as an Edupreneur and your businesses?

SAHAD A K: Currently, I am deeply involved in the Edtech sector, particularly through Electro-Mech Enterprises (EME). EME focuses on skill development through a unique ‘Hire to Train’ approach, collaborating with industry leaders like SAP, Microsoft, Tally, and IBM. SAP is our flagship program. I spearhead our commitment to bridging the gap between industry and academia by offering SAP global certifications. At EME, we empower aspiring individuals with cutting-edge SAP skills, creating a talent pool ready to meet industry demands. Our mission is to not only provide world-class education but to also open doors to immense job opportunities in leading multinational corporations.

I’m also associated with other ventures aimed at making a positive impact on skill development and education. As the Chairman of Nergy, I spearhead our mission to revolutionize commerce learning through innovative technology. Our vision is to lead commerce education with immersive experiences powered by SL Tech, providing efficient and effective navigation for learners. At Nergy, we are committed to enhancing commerce education, ensuring it aligns seamlessly with current and future needs, making learning a dynamic and engaging experience.

SAHAD A K: One of my notable achievements is successfully managing SAP projects and contributing to closing the skills gap in the market during my time at Wipro. In the entrepreneurial space, I take pride in establishing businesses that contribute to the development of a skilled and employable workforce.

SAHADAK:Besides business, I’m passionate about reading books and spending quality time with my family. Balancing work and personal life are crucial, and these activities help me unwind and rejuvenate.

SAHADAK:Recognizing the skill gap, I founded EME with a vision to revolutionize skill development in the Edtech sector. Our ‘Hire to Train’ approach ensures that individuals acquire skills that are immediately deployable in the corporate world. Partnering with industry leaders, we aim to bridge the gap and contribute to the nation’s progress.

SAHAD A K: “Nation Building through skill development”is what keeps me motivated. I see every opportunity   as a chance to contribute to the success of individuals and businesses, shaping the future of the workforce.

SAHAD A K: Technology plays a crucial role in shaping the future of education. At EME, we embrace technological advancements to provide cutting-edge skills. By collaborating with industry leaders, we ensure our training programs align with the evolving needs of the corporate world.

Through our student lifecycle management platform, Nergy Vidya, we equip colleges and institutions nationwide with SL and IL Tech backed courses.

In the Nergy, our statutory literacy program is geared towards fostering a workforce that is not only proficient in their technical skills but also well-versed in compliance and regulatory requirements.
