Why proper nutrition is important for weight loss and a good physique?

Only proper nutrition plus sports will allow you to keep the achieved result for life.

The principles of PP are:

– Refusal of greasy/fried/harmful/calorie.
Fast food, sweet soda, mayonnaise, margarine, chips, sausages/sausages and other artificial products, confectionery and butter pastries are NOT food! These are empty harmful calories and trans fats!!! Exclude also canned fatty, fatty varieties of cheese, cottage cheese and dairy products, lard, butter; limit sugar and salt.

– Sweets are only available for breakfast and only natural.
(Honey, dried fruits, jam or jam; allowed: marshmallow, marmalade, low-fat milk ice cream)

– Fruits and carbohydrates – until 17:00.

In the evening, the body’s metabolic processes slow down significantly, our motor activity decreases; accordingly, the need for carbohydrates disappears.

– 5 meals a day: breakfast-snack-lunch-snack-dinner.

– After eating, you should stand or walk, but in no case sit and even more so do not lie down.

– Power mode
Eat regularly – breaks between meals no more than 4 hours. With a long absence of food, the body begins to experience stress and stops giving away fat reserves, weight loss slows down significantly. Try to eat at the same time every day.

– Dinner no later than 4 hours before bedtime.

– After dinner, if you suffer from hunger – no apples and grapefruits! Better drink 1 glass of milk, or a glass of warm water.

– At least 8 glasses of clean water per day.

– Vegetables in any form at any time in unlimited quantities (of course, not at night or at night:)

– Eat as much protein food as possible, especially for dinner in combination with vegetables.

– Balanced nutrition.
Every day it is necessary to include products from all 6 groups in the diet: vegetables, fruits, dairy, carbohydrates, proteins, healthy fats.

– Minimize alcohol consumption, or it is better to exclude it altogether (increases appetite and contains a huge amount of calories).

– Increase motor activity.
Even with 1.5-hour training 2-3 times a week, your weight will go away 2 times faster than in the absence of classes! If you can’t study, do at least morning exercises… If you don’t have time for it, just move as much as possible.

– If the weight is up, unload a day or several unloading days.

– No hunger strikes, painful diets and exhausting workouts! To do everything only for pleasure, so the probability of breakdowns and bad mood and irritability will be reduced to zero.

– Some prohibitions are a temporary phenomenon!
Do not be discouraged that you will have to temporarily give up some of the usual goodies. After your weight shifts from the “dead point”, you will be able to treat yourself to something delicious a couple of times a week without harming your figure, IF, of course, it will be in reasonable quantity and not at night.

These simple rules are more than enough to get a guaranteed stunning result in a couple of months, which will not go unnoticed by others.
