Another foreign woman who arrived in India from Russia for the third consecutive day in Vrindavan, Mathura, is COVID-19 positive. Earlier, 1 person on Saturday, 2 people on Sunday and 1 foreign woman and 1 local youth on Monday, now active cases have become 5 here. After getting positive, the building located in the Ramanreti area has been declared as a Containment Zone. A 60-member team from European countries came on 15 November to visit Vrindavan. These people were to go back on 21st but, many members expended their stay. After this, some members went back, while some remained. Now before returning to their country, these people got the test done at the airport to show the COVID report, then the report came positive. 41-year-old woman found positive.
Vigilance is being taken in the ISKCON temple after foreign devotees got COVID positive. ISKCON PRO Vimal Krishna Das told that sanitiser is being done, appealing to come wearing a mask. Along with this, the temperature is also being checked. Most of the people are following the covid rules. But still, there are some people who are being careless.
