Earlier in the morning, while hearing this matter, the Supreme Court had given a 24-hour ultimatum to the Center and the states and said that if the government does not take any concrete steps, then the court will have to issue orders. The court reprimanded the government and said that the government is claiming that it is taking necessary steps.
